Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Easy Tender, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds in cases where services are not delivered as promised or contain inaccuracies.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue.
- Requests should be supported by valid reasons or documented evidence of a technical failure on our part.
- The processing time for refund requests is 5 business days, and approved refunds will be issued within 14 days.
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- If the service has been fully completed as per the agreed terms.
- Missing or incomplete documentation from the client’s side.
- Violations of our service terms and conditions.
- Cancellations due to client-side errors or insufficient documentation.
- Issues related to third-party platforms (e.g., GEM software).
- Situations beyond our direct control.
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. All refund decisions made by Easy Tender are final.
