Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Easy Tender, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds in cases where services are not delivered as promised or contain inaccuracies.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue.
  • Requests should be supported by valid reasons or documented evidence of a technical failure on our part.
  • The processing time for refund requests is 5 business days, and approved refunds will be issued within 14 days.

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
  • If the service has been fully completed as per the agreed terms.
  • Missing or incomplete documentation from the client’s side.
  • Violations of our service terms and conditions.
  • Cancellations due to client-side errors or insufficient documentation.
  • Issues related to third-party platforms (e.g., GEM software).
  • Situations beyond our direct control.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. All refund decisions made by Easy Tender are final.
